Welcome to ZoomTan! By using our UV and spray tanning services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZoomTan regarding your use of our facilities and services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to active members.

ZoomTan memberships are charged according to your selected plan: monthly EFT or annual memberships.

Monthly memberships are charged automatically on your designated billing date each month.

Annual memberships are charged in full at the time of purchase and are valid for 365 days from the purchase date.

All charges are final unless otherwise specified in your membership agreement.

Changes to membership plans may result in proration adjustments and additional charges.

You acknowledge that UV tanning involves exposure to ultraviolet radiation and carries inherent health risks.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use UV tanning services.

Certain medications, medical conditions, and skin types may make UV tanning unsafe for you.

You agree to follow all posted safety guidelines, operator instructions, and recommended exposure times.

ZoomTan reserves the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for you.

Spray tanning services are provided using professional-grade equipment and solutions.

Results may vary based on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

You are responsible for following pre and post-spray tanning instructions for optimal results.

ZoomTan is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to failure to follow instructions.

You agree to use ZoomTan facilities respectfully and in accordance with posted rules.

Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

ZoomTan is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

You are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by your actions.

Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

Annual memberships are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Certain membership types may have specific cancellation terms outlined in your membership agreement.

Medical cancellations may be available with proper documentation and are subject to review.

ZoomTan respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may use your contact information to communicate about your membership, promotions, and important updates.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Your payment and personal information is secured using industry-standard encryption methods.

ZoomTan's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Your use of our services is at your own risk and subject to the inherent risks of tanning services.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state law.
